If the "word" yoga is more then familiar to you and your practice has already been established through rounds and rounds of sun saluts, come and join our senior teacher Rosie, for an open level of yoga class.

Republics Qualified Yoga Instructor, Rosie she will guide you through grounding sequences of postures, to build muscular strength, stamina and physical flexibility.
