Harnessing AI to Stand Out in a Changing World of Work
Join us at Republic London for Harnessing AI to Stand Out, a practical session with Dr Mike Baxter exploring how AI tools could help you stand out in a changing job market.
As AI continues to change the way people work, knowing how to use these tools effectively can help you develop new skills and approaches. This session will explore practical ways to use AI while also thinking about how it could support your career goals.
Explore AI and the Job Market
Dr Mike Baxter will share insights from his work with AI and the leadership training he delivers to senior managers. He will explore different ways you can use AI tools to develop your ideas, improve your work, and make your skills stand out in a crowded job market. Mike will also share examples from his current research as he works towards building a new AI business. This offers an opportunity to see how people are applying AI beyond everyday tools and exploring new possibilities.
AI, Research and Storytelling
The session will also explore the research Mike conducted for his upcoming novel, Autobiography of an Artificial Mind. The novel explores ideas around artificial intelligence and the future of technology. Mike will share some of the research behind the book and discuss how his work across AI, business, and research connects with the themes explored in the novel.
Ask Your Questions
The session will finish with an audience Q&A. You can ask Mike about AI, career development, or your own ideas for using AI to improve your job prospects. Whether you are starting your career, looking for your next opportunity, or simply interested in how AI could change the world of work, this session offers practical ideas and an opportunity to explore what AI could mean for you.
