Join the Pride Collage Workshop at Republic London and explore identity, creativity, and self-expression through collaborative art. This relaxed drop-in Pride workshop, led by Belenchuk Arts, invites participants to create colourful A4 collages in a welcoming and supportive environment.
During the session, you can experiment with paper, images, textures, colours, and mixed materials to create a collage that reflects your identity, experiences, or personal expression. You can follow creative prompts or develop your own ideas. As a result, each collage will bring a unique perspective to the workshop.
The Pride Collage Workshop encourages participants to reflect on community, belonging, and visibility through creativity. You might explore themes connected to Pride, self-expression, memory, or imagined futures. At the same time, the workshop creates space for conversation and shared reflection.
You do not need any artistic experience to take part. Instead, the workshop focuses on participation, creativity, and exploration. You can join briefly or stay for longer depending on your schedule. Therefore, the session remains flexible and accessible for everyone across the Republic community.
As the workshop develops, all individual collages will contribute to a growing collaborative mural displayed within the space. In this way, the final artwork will celebrate different experiences, identities, and creative voices coming together as one collective piece.
