Republic is an award-winning education campus situated in the heart of East London.

The campus is already home to a multitude of Higher Education providers who sit alongside SMEs, national and international businesses to create an innovation zone greater than the sum of its parts.

Designed and delivered with students in mind, the floorplates are capable of high-density occupation and offer spectacular views across London. A myriad of workspaces are available: from a single desk in The Greenhouse to all-inclusive offices to entire floor plates. Our students and faculty also have access to high specification boardrooms, presentation facilities, communal lounges, break out spaces, showers, bike racks and a full concierge service.

Our Community Management team are also on hand to engage with our occupiers and deliver carefully curated content, seminars, socials and events.
