Running a business means you don’t always get an office Christmas party, so Canary Wharf Female Entrepreneurs (CWFE) is throwing one at Republic.
CWFE brings together women founders and freelancers at every stage, from people testing an idea to women running established businesses. Its Christmas party is a chance to celebrate the year, meet other people building something of their own and start the new year with a few more friendly faces in your network.

The Common Room, Republic, East India Dock
Tickets £12.99.

Republic’s community programme
Republic is a multi-university campus at East India Dock in Poplar, where around 15,000 students study, and it’s also here to be a good neighbour. Our community programme opens the campus to residents and local groups, who share Republic’s spaces for rehearsals, exhibitions, markets and workshops.
CWFE is one of our regular community partners, and we’re proud to support its work on enterprise and upskilling in East London with space for its meet-ups.
The community programme is run by Anne-Marie Payne, Senior Social Impact and Partnerships Manager. Community groups and local organisations can apply to use space at Republic: email community@republic.london to find out how it works.
