Join us for a special Mental Health Awareness Week event focused on creativity, connection, and community. In partnership with True Ambassadors, this intergenerational craft workshop will bring together students and local residents for an afternoon of mindful making, shared stories, and well-being.

Whether you’re a seasoned crafter or just curious, this relaxing session is about expressing yourself, building bridges between generations, and supporting mental health in a fun, inclusive way.
