Join our Mental Health Awareness Week Pilates and Gratitude Session at Republic London and take time to support your wellbeing through gentle movement and guided reflection. This welcoming drop-in session, hosted by GalactaMelanin, creates space for you to pause, reset, and reconnect with yourself and others on campus.
During this two-hour session, you can take part in gentle mat Pilates suitable for all experience levels. The movements focus on posture, breathing, and flexibility. These exercises help release physical tension and support mental wellbeing. You can move at your own pace and take breaks whenever you need.
Alongside the movement session, you will also take part in guided gratitude reflection activities. These short exercises help you notice positive moments and recognise personal strengths. They also support calm thinking and encourage simple wellbeing habits that you can continue beyond the session.
The Mental Health Awareness Week Pilates and Gratitude Session welcomes everyone who studies, works, or spends time at Republic. You do not need previous Pilates experience to join. You can participate in the movement activities, the reflection exercises, or both parts of the session.
