We’re delighted to welcome a fantastic lineup of new food retailers to Republic! In the next few weeks Westland Coffee’s at Republic is set to open its new café space, quickly followed by Dora, an authentic Greek family run cafe.
In the new year we will welcome to site British multinational grocer Tesco, the store will make it easier than ever to pick up everything from fresh groceries to daily essentials.
And don’t miss our weekly food trucks back by the lake, the street food retailers will be serving up a diverse range of street food favourites Monday to Friday.
Westland Coffee at Republic
You may have already met the friendly Westland team or sampled their delicious coffee at our Student Welcome Event. Westland is known for its warm service, creating a welcoming atmosphere where students, staff, commuters, and locals all feel at home.
Westland Coffee has extensive experience in offering quality, fresh, and affordable food to students at their popular café located in Mountview Academy, Peckham.
Their new store at Republic will be the perfect spot for everyone—serving up coffee, homemade sandwiches, soups, salads, and pastries.

Food Trucks
Food trucks are back by the lake, now serving Monday to Friday 11:30 am to 2:30 pm, and at more affordable prices!
With a rotating lineup of food vendors offering everything from jerk chicken and tacos, to fresh salads. It’s the perfect spot to grab lunch, catch up with colleagues, or just enjoy a tasty break.
Look out for the weekly schedule of vendors at the reception!

TESCO
Known for providing a wide range of quality products at great value, Tesco will offer everything you need—from fresh groceries and snacks to everyday essentials.
It will provide easy, affordable options to our onsite and local community, whether you’re looking for a quick lunch or to pick up your weekly shop.
We’re excited to welcome this new addition to the Republic community!

Dora
Dora is an authentic family-run restaurant named after the head chef and mother, who brings extensive experience and love to preparing traditional Greek food.
Dora will offer a variety of dishes, giving you the true flavours of Greek home cooking right here on campus. They’ll have something for everyone from delicious mains such as Pastitsio, Greek Salad, and traditional sweet and savoury treats. We can’t wait to have Dora open and share this exciting new addition with the Republic community!
