About the expert:
Julio Cervantes is an East-London based counselor, accredited by the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy, and a member of the University Mentoring Organisation (UMO).
Julio supports students and other adults through challenging life circumstances, work and study stress, relationship issues, and mental health challenges such as depression, stress and anxiety.
