What is Barre?
Barre is a fitness class that combines ballet-inspired moves with elements of Pilates, dance, yoga and strength training. Most classes use classic ballet barres and dance moves such as plies, alongside stretches and small-range movements, This class has been designed to build strength, endurance and control for the mind and body.
What can I expect from these classes?

What do I need?
Just place your laptop or Zooming device where you have some floor space, get into something comfortable for moving around in and grab a water bottle. BoxMind’s qualified instructors will bring the music, the moves and take care of everything else.
