Resilience is the process of adapting well in the face of adversity, trauma, tragedy, threats, or other sources of significant stress; it’s our ability to ‘bounce back’ in response to challenges and setbacks. And let’s face it, this is a challenging time for many of us.
In this webinar, Vix Anderton, a former RAF Officer and owner of The Practical Balance will take us through the five core components of resilience — connection, wellness, healthy thinking, emotional agility and meaning — to help you identify clear tangible steps that you can be taking to boost your bounce-back-abilty during the lockdown and beyond.
You may need some space to be with your feelings for a while, to help process them, or it could be that you need some practical tools to reduce the noise with so much going on right now. In this session, Vix is offering you a chance to pause, take a step back and then move back into action with intention and calm.
