Skaped is an artivist charity that works with young people in East London to educate them about community building and human rights through the creative arts. Past programmes have tackled complex topics surrounding societal change, gender equality, gentrification, migration, and anti-discrimination.

About the event

Give yourself time to breathe and reflect upon the self-care techniques that work best for you. You’ll be able to reflect while painting a mug that you can take home! All materials provided.

This workshop is free and open to anyone aged 16-30.
