Come and play in our sandpit!

We like to think that our relaxing and lush water gardens mean that we’ve got a pretty good outdoor game down at Republic. We’re also always looking to improve and this summer we’re installing a sandpit by the lake to provide a free playspace for children in the local area.

Republic is the perfect place to bring your family. Everybody is welcome and in addition to our shaded outdoor seating areas and deck chairs, we have a great selection of food and drink options to keep you refreshed throughout the day.

Gelato á Casa serves up handmade Gelato made with ingredients sourced from remote regions of Greece.

Local favourite Bar Salento is an opportunity to indulge in some proper Italian cuisine, including Pizzas served up from their wood-fired oven.

Sweet Nothing Bakehouse’s exquisite cakes and bakes will delight everybody with a sweet tooth.

and The Gentlemen Baristas will keep the parents perky with coffee from their acclaimed East London roastery.

Republic is located at East India DLR and sits on TfL cycleway CS3 for the active travellers among you.

Public toilets with baby changing facilities will be available for users of the sandpit.
