What is HIIT?
HIIIT (high intensity interval training) is a challenging class that will push your fitness to the next level. Designed to raise your heart rate to near maximal levels, followed by a period of recovery.
This fun, fast paced class will leave you feeling great (albeit sweaty)!
What will the class involve?
The class will involve a variety of full body movements with high and low impact variations of each exercise provided. There is a full warm up and cool down included within this class, essential when you are participating in demanding exercise such as this.
Do I need equipment?
There is no equipment required (although an exercise mat may be handy), just put on some workout clothes and log onto zoom.
Is the class suitable for everyone?
This class may not be suitable for total newcomers to exercise or ladies who are expecting. Participants should be comfortable with squat and lunge movements as these will always feature.
