Join us for a weekly, 30 minute sweat, brought to you virtually by, Box Mind Kickboxing
This workout is a mix of kicks and boxing punches with athletic combinations that allow us to develop our coordination and perseverance.
No equipment needed, just bring yourselves, some water, a sweat towel and a mat!
As always, you do not need to keep your camera on but it will be helpful to receive coaching points and lots of positive encouragement.
