About the experts
Myoset provide bespoke hands-on manual therapy and movement programming. Backed by science, their application focuses on reducing pain, improving range of motion, and reducing the risk of future injuries.
Instructor Emily is a Vinyasa and Yin Qualified Yoga Instructor, as well as a L3 Personal Trainer and Fitness Instructor. Combining her love of physical movement and training, Emily’s athletic background began in competitive Ballroom and Latin dancing as a childhood hobby, before moving into a career centred around encouraging people to feel more free, in control and powerful when moving their body.
What to expect from each session:
Myoset’s yoga sessions are designed to leave you feeling energised, strong and focused. Building from a Vinyasa style, the class moves through a series of full body strengthening and releasing sequences, working from the ground up. By using your breath to energise and activate each muscle group, before finishing with a grounding meditation and relaxation, these sessions will help you build a connection with your mind, body and breath.

Ask at reception in Import Building on the day – staff will direct you from there.
