1.1 What will the app allow me to do?

The second version of the app, coming later this year, will allow you to book meeting rooms, book visitors and manage your access to the building via a QR code!
1.2 How can I register for the app?
Download the Republic London App
You’ll need to use your company email address in order to be auto-approved.
Make sure you check your Junk emails for the approval emails – they have been known to go there first! If you find an email from the Smart Spaces App in your junk, ensure you mark it safe, so you can receive useful notification emails in the future.
1.3 How do I update my profile?
Go to ‘Settings’ in the main navigation panel, click on ‘Profile’ and edit the fields as you like.
1.4 Who can see my information?
Only app users who share your company’s email domain will be able to view your name in the community contact menu. You can make your profile ‘hidden’ from the ‘settings’ page. This will make your profile information invisible to all other users.
2.1 My email account isn’t registering on the App.
Only Republic tenant organisations can download the app, so you’ll need to use your company’s email address to register successfully.
If you’re an individual business with your own email address, or are having other difficulty registering, please call 020 7712 0000 (standard network rates apply).
2.2 I’m experiencing technical issues on the app, such as time outs and glitches with formatting. How do I report these?
Go to ‘Support’ in the main navigation panel, and click on the form titled ‘App Support – Technical Issue Form’. This form will be sent to Smart Space’s help desk who will be in touch.
2.3 I want to request an update to information on the app for my company.
Go to ‘Support’ in the main navigation panel, and click on the form titled ‘App Content Support & Request Form’. This form will be sent to one of the Republic Team to update the app for you.
2.4 I’d like to list a promotion under ‘Offers’ on the app, how can I get one on there?
Submit your offer via this Request Form. Someone will be in touch within a week to review it with you.
