A successful creative campus provides space to allow businesses of many sizes to work alongside one another. Bringing companies together in a space that eases collaboration, socialising and exchange creates a critical mass of activity that is more than the sum of its parts.
Clustering makes great business sense: small companies and one-man-bands benefit from working in close proximity to the experience and networks of established global businesses, and the big corporates benefit from the creative spirit and innovation of young and hungry entrepreneurs.
The Republic campus adds essential ingredients to bring the mix to a boil: the events, facilities and amenity that staff find hugely beneficial to their productivity and wellbeing.
Does your office offer free fitness classes? Gin tastings? Where do you get changed at the end of your post-work workout? Maybe it’s time to look at Republic.
These things are difficult for individual small firms to arrange, but the scale and diversity of a cluster makes a variety of events popular accross a range of different interests – from fitness training to gin tasting. We also offer great on-site perks like free haircuts and manicures, and facilities like cycle parking and changing rooms that are CyclingScore Platinum rated.
Sounds great doesn’t it? We have space available from single desks to best-in-class office floorplates. Here are some of the ways you can join us at East London’s workplace of the future:

Trilogy and LaSalle have teamed up with The University of the West of Scotland and the Trampery to create The Greenhouse — a supported co-working space for early-stage entrepreneurs. At The Greenhouse, local people, graduates of the UWS and impact focussed businesses can apply for free desk space — with business training and support through the Evo Pioneers programme — all aimed at giving their enterprises a flying start. A previous version of the Pioneers programme gave a start to the Oitij-jo Collective, which has grown within Republic and now operates the TATI Craft Hub in a retail unit on campus.
40 of the desks at Trampery Republic were given to early-stage startups and innovators as part of the creative pioneers programme.
