Lunchtime Series
Fashion meets well-being. Join Karen Arthur Karen, fashion designer, sewing tutor and mother for a encouraging lunchtime talk on wearing your happy, style, ageing and loneliness.
Karen has been sewing for over 40 years, creating beautiful clothing for women who appreciate hand crafted care and slow fashion. She runs workshops to teach all ages about sewing, textiles and fashion.
Karen will be here to share with us her mental well-being journey and how she found her self through fashion.
Karen will be sharing tips on how to use fashion to lift your mood, socially and at work and demonstrating how expressing our true selves can help us to show up authentically in other areas of life.
“I am fully committed to designing the rest of my life the way I want to live. I only wear what I love”.
